I am a big beliver in the power of creativity when it comes to managing and maintaining your mental health. I have been on a rollercoaster of a ride with my own mental health for many years and the thing that I always come back to when I’m needing a lift, is creating, in one form or another.

That is what lead me to bullet journaling and to writing this blog. I will admit I was a little nervous (read absolutly teriffied) at the thought of putting my creative work out there for evertone to see and judge, but if it can help even one person then it is worth it.
